The wheels are not defective they are not Seconds and not customer returns. The scratches are from mishandling from shiper. They where put in one crate and shiped. The scratches are from  rubbing against each other. The wheel in this listing has the most scratches so you might get one like this one in the listing. but most likely it will have even less or no scratches at all. You can look at the feedback and see no complaints. If you do diside to but one could you please leave feedback to help other ebayers. And you won't be getting the open one in the picture.
